The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (ACOE) and the State of Alaska are making available to the public on April 23, 2007 the following applications, draft permits, public notice and preliminary decisions relating to the Niblack Underground Exploration Project for a 30-day public review and comment period. Further information on the upcoming public hearing and how to comment can be found below, or in the newspaper Public Notice display ad.
